How to kick or ban active VPN users
Kick one session, or ban the whole account from Active Clients.
Path: Admin → Clients → Active Clients.
This page shows live sessions and refreshes on its own. You’ll see user, device, VPN IP, public IP, bytes, and connected time.
Kick
Disconnects that one session only. If the account is still allowed, the user can reconnect.
Ban
Suspends the account and ends all sessions. They can’t reconnect until you restore access (for example by editing the account out of suspended state per your policy).
If someone still looks online after suspend
Wait a few seconds and refresh Active Clients. On a current panel build, suspended users should drop and stay blocked.
