Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VeloTun websites, licensing, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VeloTun provides licensing for a VPN management panel compatible with OpenVPN® Community Edition. The panel helps operators manage VPN users, device limits, validity, data limits, configuration presets, peer-to-peer tunnels, SOCKS5 proxy redirection, and port forwarding features as described on our website.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest checkout may create an account on your behalf using the email you provide.

3. Orders and licenses

Orders are quotes for panel server seats and concurrent connection capacity under the billing cycle you select (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). License keys are issued after payment is confirmed by us. Licenses are personal to you (or your organization) and may not be resold or shared except as expressly allowed in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the panel only for lawful purposes and in compliance with OpenVPN® Community Edition licenses and applicable laws. You must not use the Service to attack networks, distribute malware, evade lawful intercept where prohibited, or infringe others’ rights. You are solely responsible for how you configure and operate any VPN infrastructure under your control.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Volume and yearly discounts apply as configured in our pricing system. Fees are due according to the payment instructions provided after order placement. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the VeloTun brand, website, and licensed software materials we provide. OpenVPN® Community Edition remains subject to its own open-source license terms.

11. Trademark and open-source notices

OpenVPN® is a registered trademark of OpenVPN Inc. VeloTun is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenVPN Inc.

OpenVPN® Community Edition is distributed under GPLv2. License text: OpenVPN® Community Edition (GPLv2). Where distribution includes compatible scripts or components, applicable open-source license terms continue to apply.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloTun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
